What have we been eating?

It’s been awhile since I posted about what we’ve been eating at home.  Don’t fret – we haven’t been starving.  We’ve been eating quite well actually.  I just haven’t had the forethought or the energy to take photos of our dinner before the dinner becomes dirty dishes…

With that being said, I have been cooking a lot from blogs.  This week I picked up my cookbooks again, but the last few weeks have been blog-centric menus.

Without further ado, here are a few standouts:

Sui Mai Meatballs from Chez Us- These are pork and shrimp meatballs served over buckwheat noodles.  They are super tasty and easy to make!

Sweet Potato, Radicchio, Hash with Harissa Hollandaise Sauce from Food 52 was a dang tasty twist on a breakfast hash.  It was sweet, spicy, salty and delicious!

I made Paul Bertolli’s Cauliflower Soup from Food 52 with our Classic Fennel Sausage on the side.  Great combo on a cold night!
